Businesses are faced with many risks such as shipments to risky customers, over-purchases, hiding of waste rates and low productivity, sales below the product value, counterfeiting in quantity or amount, faulty shipment, theft. Process or system vulnerabilities that cause these risks are used by malicious people to gain advantage or damage the business,
while inadequate or careless employees cause damage to businesses as a result of their mistakes.
Supply chain risk analysis is an analysis study that includes detailed risk analysis at all points included in the supply chain, such as purchasing, sales, warehouse management, production, and shipment, and examining past examples at points that raise suspicion. The main difference from fraud control
is that it includes in-depth examination of procurement processes and aims to prevent damage before it occurs.
Our supply chain risk analysis studies consist of two stages. The first stage is to investigate whether there is a risk of misconduct in the supply chain processes and functions of the enterprise or whether there is a risk of error that may harm the enterprise, and the second stage is to examine past period movements at points with high risk of abuse and report the results to the enterprise.
