  • Identifying the sources of the activities put forward, associating them with the budget and starting to be implemented in order of priority.

This study ensures that all units of the company act towards the same goal. This allows many problems to be solved spontaneously, from the correct use of resources to the elimination of internal uncertainties and to the coordination and follow-up of the activities of the units. In order to achieve 5-year future targets, it can be planned on which areas the foreman in the production or sales representative should focus on this week. It is very easy to measure the performance of the company according to the realization rate of these activities and it is based on a solid foundation.
