INTERNSHIP
To qualify for this position, you must be a current university student working towards an accounting degree. The internship takes place sometime between the third year and graduation.

WORK FRIEND
The Associate position usually requires a 0-3 year Accounting Degree with 4 years of experience. This is a growth position and provides training and direction in both audit and tax.

SENIOR MEMBER
An accountant with at least 1 year of experience can qualify as a senior partner. This person has demonstrated leadership qualities, has had direct contact with clients and has normally passed the CPA exam.

SUPERVISOR
Persons at this level are normally CPAs and have at least three years' experience as Senior Partner (responsible) and have demonstrated technical competence and the ability to oversee full contracts.

CHAIRMAN
Work and communicate effectively with staff and clients to develop their understanding of business and tax issues. Demonstrates an awareness of current business developments and the ability to identify the impact on a client's business. Demonstrates an understanding of recent tax developments and their impact on a client's business.

CHAIRMAN
People at this level have taken on leadership roles within the firm. They have completed supervisor requirements and work with partners to participate directly in the management of the firm and the development of staff.

PARTNER
A selected number of the firm's most successful performers will be invited to become partners. These individuals are responsible for the future of the firm. To reach this level, the individual will have demonstrated superior technical competence, managerial abilities and the ability to attract and develop new clients.
